Polite price enquiry about the repair of the inner heels of one shoe pair, RESPONSE "That'll cost at least £100.00, another company we deal with does that, but only if you've paid £1000.00 for the shoes" SMART ARSES LIKE THIS GUY DRSERVE TO LOSE CUSTOM! Who in Leigh has £1K for shoes? I thought mine were expensive at £80.00. If this guy wants to be nasty to customers, that's OK! Some of us retired many years earlier than he can obviously afford to do!

Very friendly helpful staff and very reasonable prices. The sewing machine isn't working at present but they told me of two other places I could go to instead which was kind. The phone line is down at the moment too on once these issues are sorted my rating would definitely improve.
