A pleasant experience with everything made easy. Just had carpet and vynl fitted to 3 rooms. Simon, the manager came out to see us extremely promptly and sorted my quote within the hour. Very experienced man. We were happy with the choice available in the shop. A lady called Charlotte assisted with fitting dates and due to increased carpet thickness arranged for our bedroom door to be shaved. We are happy with the results. . Thank you.

So disappointed with the service after using this place for 5 years I’ll never use again. Waited in and cancelled clients for 2 days and still no carpet fitted , my daughter is currently sleeping on the couch as they asked for the room to be emptied. No apology just “well it’s not my fault” over text. I understand things happen but how you handle a customer afterwards is very important I’ll never use again because of this I’m so disappointed. You’ve lost a valuable cash paying customer just as our full upstairs is due to be re carpeted too.

Waited in 2 consecutive days at times requested for visit to measure for flooring. Didn’t turn up both days not even a curtesy call to explain or apologise. Been a customer for over 30 yrs think it’s got new owners will not be going back

Nice customer service and nice fitting. However if you come in the shop everywhere flashing sale sale. Even prices of the carpets seems to be smaller. But than in the end the final price is double.its very costy service. Invoice is not much clear so not sure if cost more carpet or labour.

I do not recommend you get Amtico from here the service as been the worst possible. After been promised 5 times they will come back out to fix a lifting plank they still haven’t been with no reason why or apology. I’m just being ignored!

Made to feel so welcome after visiting a non interested other well known carpet shop in Leigh. Good choice of carpets at a very reasonably price. Was very happy with the quality of the carpets and was happy to place an order. They even came out to check our measurements. Obviously waiting for the fitting but was only asked to pay a small deposit beforehand. It's so nice these days to feel like service matters, and this company hit the spot. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Having never been here before, we stopped by to look into getting some Karndean flooring. We were so impressed about how hard they worked to help us find what we wanted, that we are having them (gradually) replace the flooring in our whole house! They are very knowledgeable and we are now looking into getting some carpet too. They didn't just try to push the expensive stuff but gave us some carpet books to take home. The sheet vinyl we had installed was excellent and was far cheaper than another certain popular warehouse-based flooring place nearby with much better customer service. Would recommend them to anyone.

Good quality carpet but wrong size when it arrived. We’ve had to have a join put in as it was cut at the wrong size. Carpet fitters arrived and I hadn’t been told specific time (only mid to late morning) luckily I hadn’t nipped out.
