I don't even vape, I was visiting the shop on behalf of my partner. However, that does not mean I can't appreciate the business. It is quite basic inside but what it lacks in whistles and bells is more than made up for by it's personality and service. I learn't things about vaping I never knew, I was entertained by the enthusiasm of the lady who served me and the focus of her attention to my purchases ,or rather my partner's was excellent. There is it seems a regular customer base. Whatever your thoughts on vaping, I can't not give 5 stars.

I have been using the Leigh store ever since it opened then introduced my partner. Natalie is always helpful and very friendly. Definitely a credit to Totally Wicked. My partner didn't understand how to get the best out of vaping and previously used cheap and nasty ecigs and liquid. She has so much knowledge and recommended the right one for him. Two happy customers ?

I do not buy my Totally Wicked on line. I prefer to seek advice. I am a great fan of the staff of the Wigan branch. The manager, David, sold me my first ecig many moons ago. I have been shopping at this store for three months now and when I first went in, Natalie advised me very well: liquids, tanks coils, Ohms, MTL, DTL. Through her experience, skill, pure advice, I was able to quit smoking. She is very knowledgeable on the products and knows her job very well. An A1 problem solver. If you are unsure on any vaping products just go to the shop, in Leigh and ask, she will give you the best solutions and options. She is very skillfully honest in her advice. A credit to the company. I recently started using an e cig which I’ve never tried before . But being a heavy smoker I really did have a clue as what to purchase . Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Cannot fault the service at all as they are all very knowledgeable and supportive in regards to finding the right kit for you and flavour. Spent around an hour finding the right flavour and kit for myself as they have around 150 to choose from. Honest and reliable service and staff, calm and relaxed store. In my opinion the best vaporiser store in Leigh. Wouldn’t bother with any others.
