I cannot rate the B.W team highly enough, the way they marketed my property for sale was excellent, and the after sales were amazing. I will recommend themvand will use them again. 5 star service and performance

My wife and I are delighted with the fantastic service we are getting from this company. The surveyor/photographer is just the best I've come across and so friendly and approachable too. The pictures and walk through video are fantastic. We sold in days. We would like to add that the information and assistance in finding/buying a new property was second to none and a big thanks to Adam who is always willing to go the extra mile in the services provided. Here's to a smooth transition and looking forward to long ang happy times in our new home.

From the perspective of a renting tenant this is worst estate agency I have had the displeasure of being contracted under. I was left with little-no access to hot water for 2 months throughout the entire Christmas period. During this time they also forgot to provide an emergency number to the tenants so it wasn’t until after the New Year that they even started looking into it, and even then they just kept putting a band aid on the problem, for it to continuously break the following the day. I managed to stay with a friend for 75% of that time, and when I was back ended up getting mild pneumonia from having to shower in ice cold water, combined with a horrendously poor central heating system. After 2 months of renting an inhospitable apartment, I received no compensation, no empathy from the agency and instead them making poor excuses for themselves.
It seems they have poor communication with the landlords they work with, they don’t keep tenants actively updated on serious issues like this, and also when 1st moving in they had no idea how the property functioned, and instead I had to rely on other tenants in the building to set-up the front door buzzer for the building and help with ladder access to certain areas of the apartment.
I’ve been renting for 8 years now, all over the UK, and I have never wanted to escape a contract more than I wanted to with this. After thorough research though, it seems like the law protects agencies like this, and I was not able to end my tenancy early, and so had to just deal with it until my tenancy thankfully ended. I found out they were already aware of the hot water issue before I moved in, but they didn’t notify new potential tenants, and they’ve likely repeated this withholding of information to the tenants that I have took the place over after me.
Unfortunately if your looking in this area, these seem like the only major estate agent, but I’d still recommend avoiding them at all costs, and finding a private landlord.

Bojan needs training skills on communication. So rude over the phone after keeping a percentage of the deposit after them claiming that the house was left in a mess. We are going through trading standards regarding this.

Very friendly, responsive, and conscientious for us throughout purchasing our house. They were informative at the viewing, communicative throughout legal processes, and generally very warm to deal with.

No letting department at this place, only sales, although on their letting advertisements they indicate this address as an office. The woman there was polite and told us that letting department was by phone only. We wasted our journey from Warrington to Leigh just because of the fact that we prefer to speak in person rather than on the phone. We had a viewing of the house with this agency later on, and the bungalow was nothing like advertised. Overall not a pleasant experience and went elsewhere to look for a property to rent.
