As first-time renters, we knew there would be a lot to navigate, and while the paperwork was extensive, it was all for good reason, and we were more than happy to complete it. I tend to be a bit of a worrier, but Jane was always available to reassure me and was incredibly kind and understanding, instantly putting me at ease. Thanks to her, we had an unbelievable experience and are now happily settled in our new home. From viewing the property to moving in, the entire process took just two weeks! Casa manage 3 of my properties. I moved to Casa a few years ago after receiving a poor service from a competiror. I can recommend Casa without hesitation. Their service has always been outstanding and is managed by staff who are landlords themselves and understand the challenges. Casa are customer focused and always go the extra mile.

Great experience- my circumstances were not typical or ideal for renting due to recently completing my studies, however, the staff at casa went above and beyond to help me and i am now very happy in my new home!!
There was great communication throughout the whole process and the staff were more than helpful and supportive. Signing the documents felt very thorough and i feel comfortable knowing that i am in safe hands :)
Would definitely choose casa again and would recommend to anyone looking for a property in the area!

I contacted Casa in order to schedule a viewing of a communal property. During the phone conversation, I was instructed to email my specific preferences for the properties I wished to view. I mentioned that I had seen x3 communal properties in the desired area that were available for rent through Casa. Despite expressing my interest in viewing them, the individual I spoke with seemed rushed at 9:06am and requested that I email my preferences for further assistance from a member of their team.
I promptly sent the email immediately after our phone call concluded on Friday, July 5th. Regrettably, I have not received any communication from Casa since then. I find this lack of follow-up communication to be quite disappointing, especially considering my interest in multiple office spaces within the same area. This should underscore the importance of my search for an office space, and I would have anticipated a more prompt response.
I am surprised by the apparent lack of prioritisation from Casa towards commercial properties that have been available for rent for some time. The lack of communication from Casa leaves me with the impression that they are not actively seeking to lease out these office spaces.

Absolutely appalled at the level of unprofessional dealings with this company.
Using a residential application form for a commercial let, being asked to share private information i.e bank statements on a shared “Enquiry” email address.
Being snubbed in the street by the manageress because she was running late for her appointment to meet me.
Disrespectful to the tenants of 19 years on their departure.
Accepting more than one application on a commercial premises at one time.
The previous manager not asking for a Guarantor for a commercial let but then the current manager asking for one.
If you want my advice regards commercial premises I would give this company a wide birth.

Just finished my tenancy with Casa, deposit paid back no problem however I did leave the property spotless. My only niggle is a little slow if I had any problems with repairs. Otherwise lovely staff, Lisa very polite and professional. Thea always polite on the phone or by email. I was very worried reading other reviews regarding deposits being paid back however I had no issues.

I've rented a house from Casa Lettings for nearly the last 17 years. I've never had any issues with them, they've always been polite and helpful. Over the years, there were a few owners of my property, some nicer than others and the team always fought my corner if the owners refused to do any jobs.
I only left Casa as I recently purchased my own property.

Avoid this letting agency at all costs. Was renting with them for nearly 2 years, every inspection I had they always commented saying what a lovely home I have made and never any complaints. When I moved out there was one door damaged which I expected them to deduct money off my deposit for, which is fine. However, they have tried telling me it is 3 doors that need completely replacing, a tiny tiny chip in the kitchen worktop means that the whole worktop needs to be replaced, we resealed the bath to avoid a leak and apparently shouldn't have done this (does the landlord want a leak in her house then?), they were complaining the bins were full even though they were emptied on the days the council came to empty them, they sent me a picture of mould which I had reported SEVERAL times which is now somehow my fault? It is also my fault that the kitchen blinds were stained even though they were like this when we moved in and when we asked the landlord to replace them she told me 'they are supposed to be that colour', they are also saying they need to replace a full electric fire as we took the one on the wall off not long after we moved in (with permission and we were never told it needed to go back up at the end of tenancy). They took over a year to put a strip down on the carpet after I sliced my foot open on the first one they had down, leaving the carpet to ruin and fray all around the edges. Not only this the staff are unbelievably rude and insufficient at their jobs. I would NEVER recommend this letting agency to anyone.

Was lovely with my partner at the beginning, the property she rented in Atherton was absolutely full of damp and they were full of excuses! This was never solved and the house was absolutely freezing and not suitable to be lived in. She ended up having to move house and on termination of the tenancy the owner of the company visited (to assess the damp) that was never resolved in 4 years and commented how clean the house was. The carpets and property were cleaned throughout, painted and left the property up to a high standard (I let out properties myself). My partner then recieved communication from Casa Lettings they were making deductions. One was for an electrician which was acceptable, others included a full house clean (which they stated were needed?????) White goods removal, that were in the property when she moved in, commenting on TV brackets that again were in the property when she moved in. They used bullying tactics to deduct as much money as possible towards work they stated needed doing yet never provided any invoices. They clearly hadn't checked the cd disc issued at the start of the tenancy and there were so many inconsistencies towards the end. She ended up loosing over half of her deposit due to Casa Lettings
and their unneccesarry greed for money. And still no invoices. The house is not fit for purpose, an elderley man has moved in and no doubt will suffer health problems, this has been reported to the correct organisation. The owner was nowhere to be seen throughout, yet maintained a professional relationship throughout the tenancy, strange.
This company didnt care about my partners situation or the emotional stress, she was put through ending her tenancy. They cared more about trying to dwindle as much money as they can out of her and yet still no invoices ever recieved.

Just moved into the property, Lisa looked after me, she was very professional, efficient and very friendly to deal with, kept me updated, she had me moved in super quick with no messing about, spoke to lots of different letting agency's before I came across Lisa at casa lettings and she is by far the best around. Will definitely be using them again. She's an asset to the company. Thanks Lisa.

Do not use this letting agent! They are renting properties that are very dangerous and health hazards .they were nice and professional moving in but when it came to moving out which we had to do for our health ,we were ignored regarding final inspection and deposit etc and when they did answer they was rude, also they use false information to con you out of your money

Unsure because I requested a 3 bedroomed house in leigh that takes housing benefit but was told they had none.my past experience with them was good they help you as much as possible I went online today and found several houses that suits us so I'm not sure how to rate them but past experience was good so five stars is justified

Best letting agent I've ever used, very compassionate when things get bad, will try their best to help, I've been in some sticky situations (as we all have nowadays)and thanks to their patience I was able to get out of them and improve my situation instead of just being ditched in the street.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent.
