Can’t thank Conrad’s for their exemplary service. After finding out on the way to Faro airport our return flight with EasyJet was cancelled, We had to make alternative arrangements. Instead of arriving at Liverpool at lunchtime we flew into Leeds Bradford at midnight. The Support and contact from Conrad’s office was so good. They made rearrangements and collected us after our misfortune. This made the end of our holiday a lot less stressful than it could have been. Travelling as a group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers we were very grateful for the superb service. We have used them previously and wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend. Lovely clean vehicles, pleasant drivers .and a first class service.

No problem with the trip to the airport, driver wasn't very friendly but car was nice. Have uses this service for years without any problems, although a few colleagues have told me they have had issues. Unfortunately this time as we landed, we had been delayed, but wasn't worrying as you would presume they track your flight number, after 40 minutes of waiting I rang up, and a really rude lady said 'your two hours late love what do you expect', after travelling and being so tired this isn't what you expect to hear after theyve taken your money, the driver eventually arrived after an hour (he was lovely had no issues with him as it wasn't his fault) to be told we had to share a car eith another couple!! They hadn't even been on our flight so I was shocked to know that there wasn't even two cars being sent out to us after we had paid upfront, after speaking with other people this morning I have realised this hasn't just happened to us and I wouldn't like it to happen to someone else, especially if they have children it's upsetting and tiring waiting around like that. We have a trip booked in July with conrads and will be cancelling!

Used this service for airport transports. Journey to airport was fab. On time, pleasant driver, clean and comfortable vehicle. Return journey not so good. We received a text telling us where to meet the driver as soon as we had cleared baggage collection. Went there, no taxi driver. Husband text them to say we were at the meeting point. No reply. About 15 minutes later, he rang them. Said they would ring back in 5 minutes. Another 15 minutes later a driver turned up and said one of their vehicles had broken down at another airport. Conrad had ordered and paid for Street cars to take us home, but had to wait another 15 minutes until transport was available. We had been travelling for approx 6 hours and this caused further delay when we just needed to get home.

Used Conrad’s a couple of times return to Manchester Airport. Friendly drivers who were always on time and really nice comfortable vehicles, We’ve already booked them again for our next holiday, If you’re going to the airport or any other event I’d highly recommend using Conrad. Andy Whyment.

Used this company for collection and pickup for our Christmas doo at rivington barn, Harvey was our driver and he is an exceptional representative of your company, the vehicle was beautifully presented, he was well presented and welcoming, he was the most accommodating gentleman ever. The lady I spoken to on the phone regarding making ammendments couldn't help enough, it's a refreshing service.

I can not recommend this company enough. Just returned from a holiday this morning and had Conrad’s to pick up and drop off for departure and return . They were absolutely brilliant ,on time , carried the cases and kept in contact throughout to confirm pick up points etc. made our holiday stress free. Thankyou again x

We used Conrad’s for our airport transfers (to and from manchester airport). We couldn’t fault their service at all. On time, professional, friendly. It was my sons first time abroad so we were all a little anxious and having such a seamless service made this so much easier for us all. They kept in contact with us throughout our return in Manchester ensuring we knew where to find them at arrivals. 100% will be using again and thank you to the guys for making the boring bits of holiday nice and easy!

Excellent service and great price. We have just used Conrad for Manchester airport drop off and pick up for our holidays. As soon as we had booked our holiday we went straight to Conrad travel as we have heard great things about them and booked them. Great communication text messages to let you know that the driver was on way, booking confirmation. Very courteous drivers and lovely comfortable vehicles for 6 passengers

Arrived on time to take us to the airport with a nice clean executive car. For the return leg, despite having to wait for us for 90 minutes while the cases had to come off the aeroplane (thanks TUI), Conrad was still patiently waiting for us in arrivals. Lovely cars, comfy and clean.

We use Conrad every time we go on holiday, they are always on time and professional. We arrived back into Manchester yesterday, our flight had been delayed - I spoke to them when we got through security and they were waiting for us as normal. Would definitely recommend.

We've used Conrad so many times and never once had bad service. On time, polite and reasonably priced considering the executive vehicles. Always my go to for an airport taxi return. Highly recommended

Travel to and from the airport for a family of 5, pick up was on time, very friendly and helpful driver, our return back to Manchester was delayed and they arranged to collect us within minutes of editing the baggage hall. Very smooth and stress free

Totally disappointed.Phoned us up 20 minutes before pick up to tell me they had to cancel. No alternative option given. Other taxi companies had no availability. I Even confirmed booking the night before, no mention of cancelling. Not reliable.

Highly recommended. Very professional from the minute we ordered to the minute we got home. Had a lovely driver (John) who was very courteous and attentive. Beautiful clean vehicle with all working seatbelts ( unlike some other taxi companies) he also telephoned us beforehand to let us know there where roadworks in Manchester near Lowry so asked if he should come a little earlier so we wouldn’t be late for our show. Amazing customer service everytime. I've used Conrads numerous times now and never once been let down. They are always very booked up (because of how good they are) though so ring in advance if you need them! Tidy vehicles, smartly dressed and well spoken drivers. Cannot fault on anything at all.

Used Conrad for the first time yesterday. Had to go from Atherton to Wigan for my Covid jab. The driver was super nice and offered to wait for me (without the meter running) so he can take me back. That afternoon my partner also used Conrad to go to Leigh to get his jab. Again the driver waited for him. Outstanding customer service and I will never use another taxi service. Comfortable and extra clean cars. Drivers dressed professionally and wearing a mask. 5 star service for sure. What surprised me (considering the service quality) was the price. They were cheaper then another local company I used in the past. Will certainly be using Conrad’s again and I highly recommend them. Fantastic local company
