I had an appointment today to see the nurse for my flue jab and the lady at the reception was very disrespectful and unpleasant. I was with a key worker and he saw the hole thing!

Dr baht is fab. Dr Wilson is old school and will try and brush things off but when cause got concern is needed he is a good doctor but be prepared to wait at least 30 mins is you are to see him as he goes over every time. Reception staff fab and get abuse for waiting but it’s not their fault.

Similar trend to many on here and across other review sites including on the NHS.uk site, really poor practice, really rude staff who offer little to no help or empathy considering the role they are in . Almost impossible to get an appointment ( even before covid ) and different doctors every time you go in so no interest in trying to offer a personal relationship between practice and its members. One of the doctors I saw was about 25 stone ( hardly promoting a healthy lifestyle) and the practice manager is a complete wet blanket who does nothing . If Harold Shipman was still alive you would be in safer hands .

So poor. I never us my GP unless it's an absolute emergency. Can never get in its always a week long waiting list. Sadly I have now decided to move doctors due to the poor service.
