Greek Souvlaki

Never tried this place before but heard about it , fantastic food, really enjoyed our kebabs. Keep up the good work, will be back .

The food here is good, comfortably the second best takeaway in Leigh (Wild Grill is the best, obviously!). But, the service is terrible. On our last order, they said they'd be 30-40 minutes, and it was actually more like 100 minutes. The only reason they came at all was because we called them several times. The first few times, they didn't answer; when they finally answered, they were rude and dismissive. It's a shame, because I really like the food, and there isn't much choice for decent takeaway in Leigh. But, service matters, and I'll never go back.

Good points: tasty souvlaki. Chicken and pork skewers tasted very nice. Pizza again well cooked and very tasty. Big portion sizes Bad points. Chips v dry. Sausage and patty v salty. Salad lettuce was a bit brown and turning. Shop very cold and had a draft due to gap in the door. Food served on a chopping board made the food very cold quickly. Pitta bread a bit dry If I go back next time we'll order just the souvlaki to takeaway and eat at home

Ordered delivery tonight. It came 35 mins late, food was cold, ordered Chicken green salad and received half a chicken breast cut up with a ton of iceburg soggy lettuce and a couple of cherry tomatoes with no sauce/dressing etc I'd have thought they'd at least put some taziki on it and a couple of pitta breads for the price I paid for it, you get a better chicken salad from maccies and that's saying something. Husbands food was stone cold aswell but he said it tasted ok could have just put abit more meat and salad on his gyros. Very suprised because we love it when it's on the retail in the little van.

We had the gyros and pita kebab, both tasted nice but all the toppings was at the top of the wrap. By the time you got to the middle it was just chips and bread really dry. Got halloumi as well paid nearly £6 for 3 tiny pieces of halloumi absolutely ridiculous for the price. Not worth the money we paid will not be going back.

Extremely disappointed first time ordering food cold and not what we ordered will definitely not recommend or order again . Not very nice at all

First time we have tried Greek Souvlaki. We have tried other Greek restaurants and take aways and this one is by far the best! My partner collected. I had lamb skewers with salad and he had chicken, chips, salad and pitta. The quality of thr meat was amazing and even the presontation of the food was really nice. The staff were also lovely and friendly. We will definitely be returning, thank you it was delicious. Sorry I didn't get any photos, we couldn't wait to eat it.

Finally a place that does great fresh food that you can sit in until late. I would definitely come here over the large takeaway places in leigh. Restaurant clean and presentable.

Since we moved in Manchester from London we have been looking for a proper Greek take away with no luck. We tried the previous Greek place in Leigh that’s no longer open and it was far from what Greek food is like. So glad Greek souvlaki opened in Leigh so our search for proper Greek food is over. Really enjoyed the food every single time we ordered, both takeaway and delivery spot on. Five stars ⭐️

First and last time I’ll get food from here. Waited 2.5hrs for delivery and was told the Just Eat drivers were not in the area… I asked if I could come and collect to then be told it’s with the driver now??? Staff on the phone twice said they’ll call me back with an update and I waited and waited… rude and abrupt when talking to me. When it finally arrived it looked like this and was stone cold and went straight in the bin. Edit: thanks for the reply. I’m all for supporting local and new businesses. However, your customer service is questionable and the fact you never called back twice when promised makes me think you don’t actually care about people’s opinions and reviews of your ‘new’ business. Might be worth a little training on the staff.

What a find! Tasty, traditional food with friendly service. Family friendly which is always a plus. We had the mixed grill, baked feta, halloumi and chicken gyros. Looking forward to going back again!

Oh wow what a find! We dined in as there are 6 tables each with 4 chairs. We had the moussaka and a chicken gyros... Absolutely fantastic food. Highly recommend! Open from midday till 2am so either a good start to the night out or a brilliant end... You choose! Definitely be back!
