Lovely friendly restaurant. Very reasonable. Just be careful as the curries are on the hot side, even if you ask for mild. Even the korma has a spice.

My partner and I had a delightful experience on Valentine's Day. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Without a doubt, this is the best Indian restaurant in Leigh that we have come across so far

Since its name change, the dining experience has declined significantly. We had enjoyed the food and exceptional service at this establishment when it was known as Unique. However, our recent visit to Purple Nann was disappointing. The menu has become more limited, and the food quality has noticeably diminished. Unfortunately, 5 out of 12 of us fell ill within hours of eating. To add to our dissatisfaction, the service was remarkably slow, with a 50-minute wait for poppadoms despite only two other occupied tables. It's perplexing, especially since the front-of-house staff remains the same as before the name change. Whether it's the chefs or management, something beyond the name alteration has changed, and not for the better. Regrettably, we don't anticipate returning.

I would like to say this is the best Indian restaurant in Leigh. Nice ambience and good food. Good customer service, asks for concerns if there is anything. Serving the order very fastly. Loved the food. Overall very good service.

Exquisite food. Fantastic portions. Very fresh and great menu. Good selections of beer taps and drinks. The service was excellent and incredibly polite and friendly. This place is 10/10.

Not from the area, just popped in for tea, only went due to the reviews, thankfully they were spot on. Delicious meal, staff were great. Definitely recommended, will definitely go if ever in the area again

Called in today (Thursday) and had the set menu. Could not fault anything, food and service was truly outstanding. If you've not been then go and give it a try... you will not be disappointed 😊

Best authentic Indian food I've had in a restaurant. Absolutely beautiful flavours that linger on your tongue and lips, I couldn't have enjoyed my food more (I had a Tarka Dal). The staff were also lovely. Will be coming back when I can!

We came here for an anniversary meal. We were warmly greeted by a very nice man who showed us to our table. The atmosphere was very relaxed and we had a delicious meal. Nothing was too much trouble for the Staff who were very attentive without being pushy. It was our first time here and we will definitely come again and will recommend to our friends. Very enjoyable experience and I wish them well for the future.

Came with my works Christmas Do in January. I was so excited to come back. The food was incredible so delicious. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We can’t fault a thing. Staff very friendly and attentive .. we hadn't booked but they were very happy to seat us straight away. Menu had a very good choice of dishes. Food was served all together for our party of three, staff were very efficient. All the food was hot and cooked perfectly, fabulous presentation and it was delicious. Nice size portions too. Well worth the price we paid. We will definitely be eating there again.

Came for my mum’s birthday. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and great portions. We also tried some cocktails off the new cocktail menu, very nice! We will all be returning.

Excellent food ,quality service and the music and atmosphere is great. Can highly recommend this place. Took 8 of my staff here to eat for our annual outing and everyone commented on how lovely the food and service was . All of us will definitely be returning.

Chose Uniq Bar& Grill for my Dad birthday dinner and was excellent. We were served fairly quickly, all the dishes were amazing with various flavours and the wine was exquisite as well. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Staff were very helpful and friendly 😃

This place in my opinion is by far the best Indian food I have ever had in Leigh. So freshly cooked and the taste is awesome. !! If anyone has not tried this place yet then I recommend you do. You won’t want a curry from anywhere else local again!! Awesome food!

We’ve had a couple of take aways from here since they opened and thought they were brilliant. Finally managed to go in tonight and sit in. Wow. What a meal. The food was fantastic. Great family run restaurant with such a friendly feel. I never write reviews but I honestly feel like I should we them after such a wonderful meal. I wish them all the success they deserve. 😊

Went here tonight. We are going to try some real curry, hotter curry next time. The one we had are sweet korma, tandoori grill and sweet naan. The food were good, the service was quite good. Price is alright. A gentleman greeted us when we came in, me and him talked a lot. One thing I hope the lamb chop is bigger and more moist also the salad side needs more veggie, 1 or 2 samosas will be great. Hope your dinning hall fills up with more customers and growing.

We visited last night for my husbands birthday. What a good choice we made. The food was absolutely lovely, the staff where amazing and very friendly. We didn't wait long to be served and after each course we was asked if would like our next course bringing out or if we would like to wait another 5-10 minutes before they brought it out which I thought was great! They even brought out a little birthday cake with a candle for my husband and sang Hapoy Birtgday to him which I thought was absolutely lovely of them. We will definitely be returning and if not to eat in it will be to takeaway as the food is divine

We came here last night for a birthday, the staff was so helpful and went out of their way to get a cake as I mentioned it was his birthday, they were so attentive with always making sure our drinks were filled and were happy with service, Food was absolutely brill, no fault, perfect portion sizes and was not over facing, will definitely be coming back, one of the best Indians I’ve had in a long time.

The food is delicious, 5th visit now and never disapoints! Every time I have tried something different and each time more tastier 😃 The staff / owners are so lovely, friendly and welcoming. This is definitely my favourite, local restaurant in Leigh. They are introducing a new menu in a few weeks So wish them every success with that. Uniq, you deffo are 😁 can't wait for our next visit

Ordered a take away for the first time from here. The food was ready at the time they said it would be and excellent in both quality and taste. Someone posted a 1 star review earlier based on the fact that they haven't yet set up a delivery service. I think that's grossly unfair. This is a restaurant first and foremost and it should be judged on the quality of its food & service as such. (do you remember when restaurants didn't deliver to your home? ) Anyway, it's excellent and 5 stars from me!

Didn’t get the chance to try the food. The restaurant does not deliver directed me to Just Eat. When I tried Just Eat a message came up saying the restaurant was too far, we live on Pennington wharf, Leigh. Never had a problem with delivery in Leigh. Very disappointed.

We had an amazing meal and the staff are so helpful .The only thing I can fault is both my starter and main meal had to much Oil on them but tasted amazing .Deffo will be going back
