Just tech provide great support and understand the requirements of a dental practice and the software they use. In the long run it it much better to deal with a company that deals with dental practices.
Before switching to Just tech, I was using a local company who confidently said they deal with large companies with multiple servers and could provide and fix what we needed. When a server needed replacing , I asked then to speak to software of excellence (S.O.E.)to check what requirements the server needed. Fast forward 18 months and we started having issues which became more frequent ,when S.O.E. looked at our system , they found our server had not been set up properly by the local company. We had to have a new server installed , this time with Just Tech. Any issues have always been dealt with promptly and professionally . Save yourself time and expense by dealing with the best .
