Hi. I have sent a watch 2 times for an service and both times mistal has sent back and watch that is not keeping time at all. Really wonder if mistal is servicing the watches at all

Phenomenal service, I am really blown away. I was expecting a few weeks turnaround, but my watch was returned within 2 days fully repaired, with all supporting repair confirmation documentation and so professionally packaged. I felt like I receive a new watch back, it was that special. Will definitely use again.

I can't fault Mistal for their quality of work and professionalism. Such quick and reliable turn around which is so rare in this industry! Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Could not have been more impressed.
They did exactly what they said they would.
Watch was collected THE SAME DAY the request was made. They replaced the battery and returned it to me set to the corect time and date in a very smart presentation box.
Communication was excellent from start to finish and worked out more than half the price Citizen quoted (who are officially USELESS by the way). Would thoroughly recommend and will be using them for all my future watch related requirements.

I sent my watch for repair under guarantee the first time in November 2019, 4 months waiting, received still not repaired.
I re-sent in february 2020 (I paid again) and I'm still waiting it 4 months again despit reminders.
It's simply indecent.

Not good, sent a package from Australia that Royal Mail says has been delivered but Mistal have said they have not received it. Not happy as the watch was a present from my wife and very sentimental in value.
