Mistal time services have repaired my omega watch it looks absolutely fantastic through know fault of Mistal parts was delayed by omega Mistal kept me informed regularly on the situation Omar then informed me that the parts had arrived and Mistal would inform me when it was completed I have some very serious health conditions I have been very concerned of my detterreation I would like to add Mistal time services would not allow me to pay for the service and repair in over 50 years of dealing with watch companies I have never come across generosity like this I would personally like to thank all the staff at Mistal time services Omar Olivia jody and the service team I can't thank you enough yours sincerely mr roden

Mistal fixed / serviced my dive watch very quickly allowing me to have it back in time for my next dive trip. Olivia was excellent in keeping me informed of the process to send it to them and kept me advised on the progress of the service and its return.

I bought an RGMT SUPER AV 24HR DIVER'S WATCH from Ideal World, that arrived faulty. Ideal World then went bust. Mistal Time Services took on the repair under warranty, and now my watch is being processed for despatch to me. I can't thank the watchmakers and customer service staff enough for their help with my watch repair.
I give Mistal Time Services a rating of 5/5?

First time leaving a 1 star review for anyone.
Sent my AVI8 watch for repair for the third time (same fault) and returned each time with exactly the same fault.
Have the watch for weeks and months on end too.

Hi. I have sent a watch 2 times for an service and both times mistal has sent back and watch that is not keeping time at all. Really wonder if mistal is servicing the watches at all

Phenomenal service, I am really blown away. I was expecting a few weeks turnaround, but my watch was returned within 2 days fully repaired, with all supporting repair confirmation documentation and so professionally packaged. I felt like I receive a new watch back, it was that special. Will definitely use again.

I can't fault Mistal for their quality of work and professionalism. Such quick and reliable turn around which is so rare in this industry! Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Could not have been more impressed.
They did exactly what they said they would.
Watch was collected THE SAME DAY the request was made. They replaced the battery and returned it to me set to the corect time and date in a very smart presentation box.
Communication was excellent from start to finish and worked out more than half the price Citizen quoted (who are officially USELESS by the way). Would thoroughly recommend and will be using them for all my future watch related requirements.

I sent my watch for repair under guarantee the first time in November 2019, 4 months waiting, received still not repaired.
I re-sent in february 2020 (I paid again) and I'm still waiting it 4 months again despit reminders.
It's simply indecent.

Not good, sent a package from Australia that Royal Mail says has been delivered but Mistal have said they have not received it. Not happy as the watch was a present from my wife and very sentimental in value.
