Thank you to customer service, technical and Rogan who came out today for my Elnur Mac 15C boiler.
It was discharging water when it heated to 60 for the legionella protection..Rogan was excellent and found the problem and fitted a p&t valve and now it is working perfectly again...
You have all been brilliant from start to finish...Thank you so much...
I would recommend Elnur 100%.

Got these heaters a while ago, don’t understand all the negative reviews. They work perfectly and are pretty easy to set up as-long as you have the manual. Chris in Sales was lovely and extremely helpful. Told me exactly where to get one as they only sell to certain shops. Would definitely recommend

That's really bad and unreliable. Useless.Don't think you can rely on these radiator in a cold weather because simply you will set the program but it will not work. The programing is very complicated. The radiator simply may not respond to the program sitting. If you want to buy this product you have to buy a portable heater just in case it dosn't work you will not freeze in a cold night especially if you have kids or old people at the house.

We’ve had an Elnur storage heater in our flat for ten years - still as good as new. The controls are complicated at best BUT considering how unreliable and inefficient most of these heaters become as they age, these have got to be the best value storage heaters on the market.

Purchase the RF4E wall heater with an apparent 10 year warranty. Description states they are made form high quality materials and you would expect these to last and look well for years to come but the sides are now yellow, we don't smoke and they are not in direct sunlight. Spoke to the company and said its oxidization and this is how it is, even had the cheek to offer me some new side panels at a discount. It was not cheap either so on this occasion you don't get what you paid for, I will not be buying another one of these and certainly would not recommend this company and customer service was very poor.

I bought these 4 years ago when refurbing my flat. I have had no problem with them at all. I have the ssh smart heaters which are easy to program via an app on my phone. But I have also programmed them direct on to the heater which is a bit longer winded but relatively easy. This winter when i turned them back on my large heater had lost its wifi connection and I couldn’t control it from my phone. I spoke to the team via email and Matthew called me back and tried to work through the error remotely but couldn’t and arranged a call out from an engineer. Who came within 2 days and replaced the lcd panel which had broken. Unfortunately when He replaced the panel the machine reset itself and I’ve had a few days where it isn’t fully charging but I emailed the help team and Daniel explained what needed resetting - fingers crossed it works tomorrow.
I can honestly say I have never had such good customer service they reply and sort anything you email them about.
I don’t find the heaters lack in giving out heat and I’ve worked mine out on my economy 7 to cost £3 for the large heater and £2 for the small heater so £5 a day. Personally I don’t think that is too bad for a warm flat - making full use of my economy 7 is the key to these heaters.

Most complicated programming functions ever, I imagine it's easier to pilot a spacecraft to Mars than programming these heaters, bunch of incompetent designers have produced the most user unfriendly heaters on the planet! This company is brainless ?

Avoid Elnur heaters at all cost. I had a government grant through All Seasons Interiors because we dont have mains gas, so the government we're handing out grants for eco heaters for people who cant obtain gas . Previous to having the eco heaters manufactured by Elnur we had Dimplex night storage heaters. But our electricity bills spiralled out of control the minute we had the so called eco heaters fitted. Andrew from Elnur who I was emailing about this problem gave me new settings to try in October 2021 because I didn't have a clue how to program them as they are very complicated to program, a simple thermostat would have been far more user friendly, but when we turned the heaters on again in November 2021 we quickly noticed no improvement compared to the start of winter 2020 when we had them installed. Our usage with just 2 of the heaters on costs around £8 a day, and they are the smallest size they make which are labelled as the ECOHHR20, we can't afford to run all 4, in fact running just 2 is not affordable. Who can afford £8 a day? Our bill's have never been this bad. To make matters worse Elnur won't admit there's anything wrong with the heaters and tried to say we must be using something else of high consumption like a water heater which is ridiculous as the high consumption only started when we use the eco heaters. Plus Andrew from Elnur has been avoiding my emails since October 2021 when he gave me these new settings to try which was meant to solve the problem. So I am left with heaters that we can't afford to run basically. I demanded these to be taken out and heaters put back in like they took out which they took away with them, but that's when the trail of emails stopped. Not sure what else to do, I will contact Watchdog or Trade and Standards or something to get heaters like they took out put back or we will be on the winter poverty list.

I don't rate these heaters at all. We bought two ECOHHR20 ELNUR ones for our lounge as our old night storage heaters we're getting old and shabby to look at, but the new Elnur ones don't chuck out the same heat as my old night storage heaters did.
The ELNUR Eco heaters seem to go cold by 7 in the evening. Even my old ones were not that bad.
And they are not cheap to run either. About 4 pounds a day each.
If I knew then what I know now I wouldn't have bought them.
For eco heaters they are ineffective, inefficient, and a nightmare to program.

We purchased an Elnur radiator through a third party. Unfortunately it was damaged. We emailed on the Thursday pm, by Monday pm we had a replacement, and their engineers came to swap them over on the Friday. Problems do occur but the speed and efficiency of Elnur show the merit and integrity of the company

New storage heater purchased through Amazon, supplied with smashed bricks. No joy from either Amazon or supplier but Elnur (technical) came up trumps. Brilliant service. Wish I'd bought heater direct.

Don't buy because if things go wrong it's a right royal pain in the arse. First of all if they say they are going to ring you back they don't and be prepared to keep chasing. Make sure you double check with them about engineer bookings as they make mistakes and book the engineer before the part arrives. Yes that means you will have to take half a day of to receive the part and another half day for the engineers visit as the engineer is a sub contractor and does not carry the spares!!!. This happen ed to me the sub contractor is far better organised as does ring you back promptly. Oh and do not expect any apology for poor customer service.
This has cost me more than the heaters worth and has now broken down again.
So avoid, plenty of other suppliers offering cheaper alternatives. I no now not to bother and replace with another brand.

I had brilliant customer service and support from Elnur and especially from Matthew in the technical department. An urgent appointment was made for an engineer to visit my property, the engineer discovered that the boiler was in a ‘safe mode’ due to an external plumbing issue, he corrected the problem reset the boiler and didn’t leave until he was satisfied that everything was functioning correctly.
Thank you Elnur UK!

The heaters that have been installed in my tenanted property are in my experience the most difficult to program on the market. My tenant actually asked for her old night stores to be put back in place. It takes 10 minutes to individually program each heater when a thermostat would of sufficed. If you have a power cut they all need doing again. I was left for 20 minutes on hold on the technical helpline and then a sales guy answered it and said he would get someone to call me which never happened. An absolute disgrace.
