Absolutely must be the worst KFC on earth. Missing 4 pieces in a party bucket. All chicken very dry ,fries were stone cold. Salad pots were very small and to top it all off the missed off our coleslaw and hot wings.
After initially complaining and leaving a complaint we received a response that it would be looked into . 3 weeks later still no response and probably will never use this brand again .Just very very poor service

The food from here is always greasy and lacks flavour.
We tried it before and after it's recent refurb hoping it would improve. It hasn't.
We won't be going back.
Also our drive through order was incomplete but we couldn't be bothered to drive back.

Waited nearly 15 minutes at the order point for our order to be taken. Lad on the speaker wasn’t very apologetic about the situation. Seemed more focused on deliveries to be honest when we got to the window eventually. Wasn’t even any cars in front of us either. Waited around another 5 minutes at the window to be greeted.

This review applies to 3 stores I've been to. Place is brilliant, staff and atmosphere especially is miles better than a few years ago. But the food really doesn't live up to the hype. Kids love it just cos it's KFC, but honestly, food is bland, tasteless and at best mediocre. I ordered the zinger burger meal....fancy name eh! It was a flat burger, with a slither of lettuce, thin tiny piece of meat and limp fries. Better eating at home!

Do not go here after 10pm the food was all cold and stale as if sat out for hours and kept under a warmer, no gravy so ended up with coleslaw which tasted like soap ?, being honest I have never had a meal thats been bad from here in the 15 years I've been going but tonight was unfortunately horrible. Then to top it off they pass you your food close the window that fast and walk away so if you needed anything you would either have to knock on it or beep your horn just found it rude really. And waited AGES...

Dreadfully place ordered on just eat. Had the order accepted then they kept changing the expected delivery time. Which went on for over an hour the time kept changing so could not cancel the order so I could order somewheret or get in touch with just eat to say it was late and have them chase up and then eventually about 11pm they cancel the order themselves complete joke.

KFC was quiet with about 3 people waiting and half our order was missing. Most of the staff were having fun and laughing loads in the kitchen so mustn’t have been concentrating. However one member of staff went out of his way to make sure our order was made correctly and ensured we checked properly.

There's not much point in ordering food because you won't get what you ordered. 3 items completely wrong. Completely spoiled the experience also I wouldn't mind but the store wasn't even busy. Incompetent staff. Only redeeming quality was the 1pc of chicken. Wouldn't recommend. AVOID AT ALL COST

Had lunch there today, 17/03/24, food was served quickly, was red hot, and tasted as it should. Staff were also excellent, very polite and friendly. Will return as this one puts my local KFC (Walkden) to shame.

Upon arrival I was told I had a 30 mins wait on food so reluctantly I decided to wait as we were at the egg run at Leigh miner's so was pretty hungry as I'd not eaten all day and was getting to 7pm. Finally the 3 meals I'd ordered were ready. I then walked back and handed out the meals to the people that asked me to pick their s up.
And guess what?? My meal wasn't even there. One of the ladies had the wrong order and all in all I shouldn't have bothered. I didn't even have the energy to walk back and complain so I called and called with no answer to any of the calls.
Thanks KFC for totally messing up the order, this is not even the first time, £30 for 3 meals and you couldn't even get half the order right. It can't be that hard reading an order and putting the correct stuff in the bag. You totally spoiled our night away. ?

Spilled my drink everywhere. Kim and the team was quick to fix it. Got a free drink refill and was assured it was ok as I felt bad. Food was great lovely staff.

Got my order wrong going through drive thru, got to window corrected it, then waited for the rest of my order to be passed something I hadn't ordered. When I told them that it wasn't mine, they closed the window and when they finally opened said i must of said it wrong..... then refunded me for it and then a lot of messing about to try order what I wanted but they didn't have enough so in the end I ended up leaving the latter end.. got back to work and realised a few things were missing, sauces, chips from a meal etc when I rang and explained the person said "oh so its only chips your missing"..... Will be avoiding this place in future

One of the staff members were incredibly rude and disrespectful, when asked about missing items on our order he slammed them down on the counter along with about 20 sachets of bbq sauce when I asked If I'd be able to have one, proceeded to sweep the shop floor with an attitude dirty looking most of the people in there. When 3 meals cost £40 now I'd expect to not be treated disrespectfully of staff

The chicken was very delicious, the fries were very nice and crunchy, the chocolate sundae is also fabulous, the garden salad was also great. The staffs were also super friendly ready to help any time.

As fast food go's it's okay sometimes little slow service considering it's fast / convenient food every time we gone the tables have needed cleaning but staff will happily clean if asked little untidy with food on floor and food package but more lazy people not binning there rubbish after eating also the bins don't seem to get empty.

This is how the delivery from Delivero to our house looked like. The courier just left the package and ran away when he noticed that the package was leaking. Never again. I hope this place closes soon and Delivero goes bankrupt.

Called Saturday night for the double dinner deal, burgers dry as cardboard, no sauce on no salad on just looked like the chicken had been dropped on from a height! Not good at all. Very poor. Although the lady who was at the drive through window was very pleasant, the rest of the service very poor

Ordered one delivery via just eat. Recieved and charged for 3 orders !!!!. Phoned KFC to stop 2 of the orders. Nothing they could do. Nothing to do with them. Girl on phone refused to give name or manager's name. Totally disgusting attitude and customer service.

Very narrow drive through. Wrap used to be good buy the way sauce is poured is very bad. Some area will have a lot and nothing elsewhere.

Oredered on uber eats last thing, 10 fillets for £10 and gravy, the gravy never came, might aswel not have bothered because it ruined the the meal, rang them, rude employee, couldn't careless! Blamed it on the driver even though the bags sealed, total incompetence

Food took ages to arrive and 2 of the meals were the wrong order. The chips and burger my wife had were cold and do fillet tower burgers need to have so much sauce on it drips out of the burger and makes it inedible to eat.
One of the worst KFCs we as a family have been to. Staff were miserable. I know it was 7.15pm but they were terrible.

We ordered via the KFC app and only received part of our order. Although we have a refund processed it defeats the object of ordering to have a meal delivered when you then have to drive to KFC to get the order they forgot to send! Won't be using the app again!

Ordered my lunch as working from home. I’ve used this KFC many times, and although it was busy, I really expected better than the item I received. The food was in general ok, but the beans ! , the tub was even time stamped, and I received them at 11.56. Time for a change I think

Food is horrible. Gravy is as thick as two coat plaster. Chicken tasted like it had been there a week, Luke warm fillet burger, don’t know how they manage it. I feel sick as a dog now luckily I left some of it. Staff pleasant and Pepsi zero was nice.

Used the drive through again tonight and wish I hadn't because as per usual part of the order was missing even though I asked the staff to check as this happens on a regular basis. He assured me it was all there. Think all the staff need to go to speck savers and learn some communication skills. Waste of time.

Ordered 10 piece family feast, asked for coleslaw, no coleslaw, ordered mini corn on the cobs. Got to service window to be told just waiting for cobs to be cooked. Chicken and chips left in bucket on side. When we got home, literally 3 mins drive the chips were cold, and were given 8 drum sticks and 2 thighs. Come on KFC train your staff a bit more , give a variety of chicken pieces and don’t leave food on counter to go cold.

After ordering a 6 piece boneless bucket it was great service up to that point even gave Blue Light Card discount, but was shocked when we got home to find that my order had been changed or the person doing couldn't count as it was short, it's not the hardest thing to do but to put the correct amount in a bucket, or that is what I thought.
The food was lovely and very polite service so a shame it was spoiled with the wrong amount ?

Okay food most of the time it is good, but chicken can be very chewy on occasion. Staff leave much to be desired in terms of services and being polite in general. Often they are angry at most people who go in. I can imagine the job looks stressful but not a great environment to have food or order from

If you want a meal that you actually order and pay for DO NOT GO HERE!! Every single time I've ordered I have never received the correct order. And the so called manager today ? needs some customer service training. Absolute terrible attitude and other staff messing about behind counter they want to try getting orders right instead of Messing about flirting with eachother. Just Shocking ! Definitely need some Training!!! Just avoid this place then you won't be disappointed.

Handy for a quick lunch after shopping at the retail park, it has drive thru too. Food are just as standard as other KFC branches. It has good deal for Tuesday from time to time and some bonus deals if you use its app on phone. Plenty of parking space in the area.

Food was good but staff didn't have a good grasp of English. I walked in and ordered a mighty bucket for one and wanted to use a discount code from the app. Took a while for them to understand me and they had to get a manger. Eventually he decided it was my fault that they didn't understand. The food was typical good quality KFC and there are EV charge points on the carpark so I will go back.

Received my order off just eat £40s worth, I received popcorn chicken, chips and a can of pop. Asked the driver were the rest was? His reply not my problem I am only driver!! So I will need to speak with just eat! So rude and arrogant. So spoke to just kfc they expected me to drive down and pick up myself!! After spending £40!! So now I have to wait 5 days for a refund which is outrageous. Will not be ordering from there again! Absolutely livid!!

Ordered via Uber eats and paid the extra for priority delivery. The food arrived timely enough (within 30 mins) however the chicken was cold and dry, the dog even turned its nose up at it! The fries where not much warmer and the gravy looked like jelly. Never again!

I ordered a fillet burger meal and the sad very small piece of chicken should have been in a kids meal!
It was very quiet, so I am really disappointed as KFC tonight was a treat for my son.

Ordered via the Uber app. First update suggested the food would arrive at 8.10pm. That changed several times over the next half hour or so and eventually settled on 8.40pm. It actually arrived at 8.35pm, fab huh!
Well no, every single item was stone cold, and I mean genuinely stone cold. Even the gravy!!! The gravy is always hot so goodness knows what happened along the way. I tried to phone KFC to complain (easier said than done as the website seems to have forgotten to add a phone number). But Google to the rescue, I found 2 different numbers. I called both many times, both engaged every time. It's almost as if they couldn't care less about quality control or customer service. £20 for stone cold chicken, chips and gravy. Those golden arches will be shining a little brighter next time I order in

Took my grandchildren here today and as there were six of us the eldest went in first to ensure we could all come in and sit together, she was advised yes that's fine and the assistant started to clean a table for us. When we all went in the table had a reserved sign on saying it was for staff only,, the same assistant removed the sign and we all sat down only for another jobs worth to come along and on top note told us we couldn't sit there becasue it was for staff only (he said he was the manager, however his attitude and arrogance were shocking) !! so much so the youngest member of our group was in tears, we stood up and left. If you want to be humiliated this is the place to go.........what a bad experience.

It was okay, not too busy when we arrived but got much busier as we left, and no sign of an orderly queue. The order took a while with no smile or pleasantries from any of the staff when collecting order, other than the guy outside, restricting people going into store. Food is better than most KFCs in the area though so must be doing something right.
