Placed an order this morning for breakfast. Got it delivered through the macdonalds app. The fact od arrived by courier and was all sealed up so nothing wrong from that. The order was missing a cheese and egg mcmuffin and the mcmuffin that was mine had tomato sauce on it rather than the brown I asked for.
I tried to bring up my order in the app and it just kept saying go to uber eats which didn't apply as they did their part well. I ordered through macdonalds app.
I then rand the store and was told to go back to the app, I did this and still got returned to uber eats.
Every time we order from here they get it wrong weather its ordered take away or in store.
There's a real problem with this and I think it's mine because I keep going back.
Absolutely rubbish and no way of getting a refund. So I will be visiting in person to voice my complaint to the manager in due course.

Ordered via the mcdonalds app. Two full breakfast meals missing. Have to get a refund via uber eats... 14 -17 days for a refund... how do you miss two full meals from an order...

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Food is good and hot, but the customer service is horrendous. I needed a code for the toilet, so I waited at the counter. There was a woman fanning herself (yes it's hot) but she walked past me multiple times and ignored me. Then after 15 minutes, I went in, the toilets weren't exactly clean, but the next thing I saw was the same woman standing outside, on her phone, smoking. Don't visit if you want a good time.

Situated near the Leigh Interchange, this McDonalds provided hot, fresh food. Gets crowded during peak hours so I would avoid it then. Minus that, its a McDonalds, not much else to say.

Food OK sometimes warm or cold soggy chips or warm burger been sat there how long slow service to busy cooking making loads of uber and just eat orders then being left on side to go freezing no one collects for ages very un organised full of kids messing about abusing staff etc not great won't be long till they close at night due to problems management sort it out

I didn't get the ticket number and when I asked somebody for help they said they'd check for me then completely forgot about me and I was stood there for 10 minutes, turns out my food was there waiting and they were shouting my number out and I had no clue, my food was cold by the time I just went up and asked if it was my items on the order, the number was being shouted really not long after I ordered it so the service is fast but the customer service is was rubbish, could also see that the manager was frustrated at colleagues and was tense to be in there

Unfortunately had a bad experience here. Went to purchase my breakfast roll and coffee, and the wait was absolutely huge. They'd even taken off at least 10 orders off the waiting screen because they were that far behind in service. It showed 59 and they were still calling out 49-58.
I ended up having to abandon my breakfast as I waited that long, and had to make it in time for my bus. Wasted money, waste of my time. Poor service. 6 members of staff behind the scenes, 1 member of staff out on front. Young lad. Not his fault. Not happy.

It's just a Maccy's . Does exactly what it says on the tin. Serves Maccy's food.
Kept pretty clean, staff were ok. Kids had happy meals and came home

Rude staff, no manners...member of staff telling people that i cant park outside 😂😂😂 jog on... really rude to a family saying they couldn't sit in the restaurant at 1830hrs because they were closing 😒.
Asked what time they shut and they said soon at 1825hrs , more like their cleaning the table and not letting people sit down again so they dont have to do their job and clean the table again. Get your p45 ready love you shouldn't have a service job were you interact with people.

Don't get delivery from here, ordered double sausage, egg and bacon roll with cheese and this is what has arrived. Swimming in ketchup to point it's not edible. I mean the order isn't even close to what I asked for. This isn't even the first time this has happened. Hire staff that can read!

A bit late for lunch for me (13.30 on a wednesday). Used screen to order an 'eating in' meal and 'pick up at counter'.
As per usual for most McDonalds, the young chap didn't read the paper slip and I was presented with everything in a bag. The tables were all grubby and, need I say, I shall never come here again. If I stooped to these low standards, I'd end up with a bad back.

Tried to enter with our granddaughter at 17.50 pm and were intimidated by at least 15 youths who deliberately blocked our entrance into the premises, why is nothing being done about this anti social behaviour in bradshawgate, just aggregation and teenagers swearing at you. We just turned away and went some where else. Shame on you macdonalds you should be doing something about this

Asked why I could not chose porridge on the menu,only to be laughed at by a young girl saying they have not done it for years????After checking Google, it explained,porridge was temporarily unavailable due to Covid safety measures..This member of staff needs training on product range and customer service,and judging by the cleanliness of the place ,all need training on housekeeping.

Walked in with a mask and was told I didn’t need to wear it!! This was just after lockdown rules were relaxed. Absolutely absurd. Place was filthy, so we left without ordering.

I were not allowed to go inside without mask... It were not busy at all but still couldnt grab a coffee and leave... Mask is mandatory... But eating inside is not allowed yet.. I wasnt allowed inside while two tables were sitting and eating INSIDE with no masks on.... I am exempt from wearing mask but there were no questions about it... Thank you Macdonald... Not comming back

I often take my friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The the food there is flavorable and the team is generous and cooperative. Whenever we visit this place we pass a cheerful evening. warmly recommended.

On entry I was confronted by a large, unattractive, ginger haired woman wearing sunglasses inside the “restaurant”. I don’t wear a face mask as I am exempt due to a hidden disability, but I was rudely spoken to by this greeter girl who demanded I put one on. I told her I was exempt, to which she demanded to see proof of it. I informed her she shouldn’t be doing that as it’s punishable by a fine of up to £6,500. She still demanded to see my evidence of exemption, so I showed her as I always carry proof with me.
I didn’t stay long enough to order anything having been targeted for humiliation and embarrassment. I will also be contacting the relevant authorities after this experience.

last time I ordered from here on just eat I asked for sauce and didn’t receive any, I just ordered this morning and the same thing happened. very disappointed as it just gets ignored, food is not as nice without it.

Previously reviewed giving McDonald’s a 3 star rating saying place was clean and food was basically just McDonald’s food 🤷♂️...
So i went again on a Wednesday at 6pm thought I’d place a order via the McDonald’s app so I’d be in and out quick... how wrong i was, i placed my order on the app shortly before arriving yet i still waited 24 minutes for my food.
Inside there was loads of Uber eats staff sat about awaiting there orders 🤦♂️ hence very big delay in my getting my order, I know it’s due to a queue for other customers ordering food via Uber eats yet for a customer going in for food I’d never order food again unless i could see it was a lot quieter.
Food was okay tbh and all correct 👌 yet it was by far from fast food.. I’ll definitely be avoiding McDonald’s Leigh for a long time and taking custom elsewhere until things improve and re review again then.
