I'm afraid this branch is a bit of a letdown as McDonald's go. The branch seems more concerned with looking after the UberEats/JustEats orders much to the detriment of inbranch customers. This manifests itself in slow order completion. The staff in fairness are pleasant and the place clean. The food is adequate mostly but our order was short of two items.
It's two floors provide lots of seats and the toilets were clean. It summing the branch is suffering somewhat by the increase in online ordering services and could really do with addressing this.

The Twix coffee had obviously been standing a bit before we got it as the cream had gone. The burger also looked like it had been thrown together.
The floor staff was fabulous though.
There is also good access for wheel chairs with a lift to the first floor.

Went to place my order at the first window, no Philli Cheese stack available as ran out of the sauce. It's only just come on promotion, talk about poor organisation from management, stuck in the drive through queue waiting to exit empty handed, joke!

Thanks for the food poisoning never ever again!! Waited 35 minutes for a meal every single worker in there needs sacking loads of little kids with no hygiene rules. I eat from here yesterday took soo long for food everyone bringing food back all the workers are spotty and filthy. Anyway 12 hour after eating this McDonald’s and I am servilely sick today when I say it needs shutting down it really does. You lot are being reported to food standards.

I genuinely wonder sometimes if the employment criteria for McDonalds restaurants requires an IQ lower than room temperature. It’s just mind boggling how on every single order you make they are completely and utterly incapable of reading a simple list, ensuring all items are present and assembling the sandwiches with a little care. Really seems to be impossible. And when you complain you barely get an apology and it’s like you’ve bothered them. We have decided we won’t be returning to any of the Maccies in the area, rather order from other more capable restaurants!

Food for breakfast this morning was absolutely shocking. The sausage and egg McMuffins were literally thrown together far too greasy, the muffin was that drenched it was falling apart and the whole thing looked like it had been dug out of a bin. Absolutely disgusted at the lack of quality, waste of money and the staff at this branch always seem to have an issue with making quality food. Went through the drive thru and was asked to wait as food wasn't ready. After a 15 minute wait the food was brought out to the car and was stone cold. Went into the restaurant and spoke to the manager who was less than useless. Got my money back but no apology or explanation. Needless to say will not be going back!!!!!

Very dirty, Food smashed up, keep you waiting for 25mins when there are hardly any other customers in and the staff are so unprofessional. I get it's your first job and your not that bothered about professionalism and I'll you want is some money in your pocket but I guarantee arguing with customers and having a snotty attitude is never a good idea.

Absolutely terrible service, just been in to the parsonage maccys, ordered food for a kids party. After waiting 40 minutes in the queue, our order flashed up to collect. But then disappeared, when after 5 minutes, I asked the staff what was going on they said it's just being bagged up
15 minutes later , they shouted my number, at this point I asked for the details to make a complaint, Once home I discovered there was 2 meals missing the milkshakes where like water as they had been left standing whilst they were waiting for the rest of the food to be cooked
I phoned the store and spoke to the manager, he said bring the food back, I said I had handed it out to the kids, but obviously there wasn't enough food to go around,
He was quite arrogant and cocky, saying I have follow the policy
I explained they had ruined a kids birthday party due to their incompatence,
I said why should I have to go to them lengths ?
He said I'm going to put the phone down because you're getting angry, what did he expect? so basically, we lost £15 on meals because they would not refund the missing meals

Pass the buck to uber.my money was taken by mcd not uber. Now I've got join a call que at uber to get my money back. Never have this problem with the Bradshaw gate branch. Had numerous problems with this one. If you can only deliver stone cold food and not on time or not at all. Then don't bother.

I drive for a living and as a result of this, I tend to spend alot of time in places where fast food is served. That being said, this particular McDonald's was pleasant, and the service was with a smile, however due to the nature of where this is situated, it was atmospherically lack lustre. That doesn't take away the experience of going to McDonald's, but because of the nature of this business, people don't tend to stay around very long, and that means that the atmosphere doesn't get to higher places. At this particular time, it was okay. Prices have certainly gone up in the last year, and their menu doesn't change much, but good for family get togethers nevertheless.

NEVER get orders right. It's like they give you the wrong stuff on purpose! Ordered a chicken big mac, no cheese, got home to a regular big mac with no cheese inside of a chicken big mac box, and then to add insult to injury, asked for curry sauce and they gave me sweet and sour. Its really annoyed me because I can't take it back as my kids have now sat down to eat

If you go at lunch time you'll have no issues.
If you've finished a long shift and go after work between 6p till closing then don't bother... your food will either be cold, stale or you just won't get any at all if you get it delivered.

Very good restaurant that sells burgers, chicken, fish and more. Only disappointment was I have since found out you can get a toy if you order a happy meal! Incredibly cool! Unfortunately I didn't order the happy meal as I didn't understand what it was, I thought you had to be happy to have one and I was upset the day I came here as my wife came back from her holiday, I enjoyed 1 week of peace.

McDonald's has been the epitome of cheap fast food items and this branch of Leigh is no different. Relatively less crowded, clean, and quickly served food gave me a great start to the day. You can pass more time and work on your laptop or study even and no one will bother you. Overall, a pleasant experience and highly recommended.

I've seen some awful reviews about this McDs but we've always had kind and friendly service. It's an easy place to stop for a break (being a whisker off junction 13 M6) quick snack and loo rather than the service stations, plus I prefer McD coffee to most other kinds. Keep up the good work x ?

Ordered at drive thru around 4.40am fish fillet meal after a night shift. Around 10 mins sat at drive thru looks like just one fat guy doing drive thru orders and making them all. Dreadful from start to finish. Card machine not working on self serve machines so had to wait ages for someone to serve me. Place was full of flies, crawling over all surfaces. Food took 15 mins to be made, by which time some of the rest of our order was cold.
They seem more bothered about fulfilling the deliveries than people in the 'restaurant'. We got a refund and left.

Came here before going to the cinema and my God, I've never seen a more unorganized McDonalds in my life. Stood and waited 30 minutes for 2 meals for them to be stone cold, even the coffee. If I could give 0 stars I would. Only received drinks and 1 fries from our order. Missing entire meals, 20 nuggets and several burgers. Absolutely ridiculous! Unfortunately ordered via just eat so have to try and get a refund via them which takes days. Isn't the first time items have been missing from orders so definitely wont be using this particular one again. It's not rocket science to cook and pack an order correctly....I should know, I worked in a maccies in my youth it's the easiest job in the world!!! Whoever is hiring these people really need to train their staff better or hire people with more than 1 brain cell. Cheers.

I quote the utter dipstick at the food collection window: "I don't know why you're arguing" - simple really, your staff say I've not ordered something I've paid for despite it being right there in black and white on the receipt.

Food is not great here. Slap dash burgers. Half the ingredients are usually falling out when you open it. Sometimes a long wait. Understaffed. Beggers sat near the drive through windows so can be quite unsettling. I dont go here anymore to be honest. I go to another one at Stone Cross which is much nicer.

We arrived here as normal ( Mcdonalds ) and ofcourse it's mcdonalds. We came at around half 12 ( 12:30 ) and it wasn't very busy. Staff were amazing! Really helpful and actually produced food presently. Food was fresh and hot. Not like normal. It was probably the best Mcdonalds I've ever been too. 2 floor and was cleaned. And the staff and service were lovely ( 100% would go to ) maximum 1hr drive because there are lots of mcdonalds around. And closer to 1hr away.

After a late night stargazing and meteor spotting, the 24 hour drive through was a great idea. We was greeted professionally and politely, order taken, payment made and food passed to us in less that 10 mins. The food was freshly made and piping hot.
I generally dislike fries from McDonald's but my passenger loves them and made me try one, they were fantastic. Normally I experience the soggy ones that have been sat there for god knows how long but these were as fresh as you can get. After tasting one I wished I'd ordered a large portion.
I always go big Mac when at McDonald's, I've seen ones that look like the leaning tower of Pisa, ones that seem like they have been thrown against the wall but this one, just like the photos on the menu and delicious.
After driving for so long and getting hungry, the speed and quality of this food was just what we needed, the night shift are seriously impressive when it comes to giving you what you want from a good McDonald's experience.
The only negative is that my passenger is an ex employee for McDonald's and told me they used the wrong onions, they are the kind I love so I wouldn't have complained.
Give these guys some love coz they know what they are doing.
It's gunna be my go to McDonald's from now I'm pretty sure.

This is my 3rd time of ordering from here and it's Also the third time my order has been wrong !!! So it's safe to say I will NEVER order from macdonalds via uber eats again. I have just received my 4 item order yes 4 items which I paid priority on. It took from 11.15PM to 11.52PM nearly 40 min (OK they might be mad busy everyone wanting frozen drinks) only to recieve my order to find 2 items were missing, 2 large frozen strawberry lemonade drinks. Its a joke so I complain to uber and have to wait for them to respond. I then phoned macdonalds to be told all I can say is we must of missed them on order I said what a 4 item order he said contact uber they will refund it. Ok but We are dying of thirst hence paying 8 quid for 2 drinks that DIDNT ARRIVE IM SO MAD seriously though missed half my order NOT AN EXCUSE ITS DISGUSTING!!!! Poor service at the drive through. They are quick to take the order and money though, slow to collect the food which has always been lukewarm. I ordered 2 cheesebrgers/2 fries which took 20 minutes to wait in the car queue ( 3rd in line ) Chips are limp too.
It is best to go inside this McDonald's then you can complain and receive a hot meal instead of a lukewarm one.

Recently used the drive thru. Admittedly busy so expected a wait but also expected to get the correct order! Twice i was handed the wrong drinks - 3rd time lucky. Got home with my order the Quarter Pounder box had a sticker on to remove chesse, as requested. However the burger inside had cheese on!

Absolutely amazing! cannot fault the service here. despite waiting for a while for my food people assured me that it wouldn’t be long giving me regular updates as to where my food was. I collected my order with hot fries however my coffee was cold. i spoke to a lovely male manager who only looked young and very tall called keon who assured me he would change it and when he returned it wasn’t the best but he offered me multiple options in what i could do next. i thanked him kindly for his help and managed to enjoy my food. As i was leaving i had a wonderful interaction with a crew member who i am assuming was on the dining area, she was only small with brown hair called caitlin. she was so kind and sweet and offered me lots of assistance throughout my stay. Smashing mcdonald’s with very good staff!

On Saturday the 2nd of April I and a group of friends all under the age of 18 went to McDonald’s on parsonage retail park where we and other groups of teenagers (under the age of 18) that were harmless and not doing anything wrong were forced to sit outside with our food. This is due to a verbal policy told to us by a member of staff which I cannot find on their website which stated all people under that age of 18 not accompanied by an adult cannot be permitted to eat inside of their restaurants and must take away their food.
We were paying customers like anybody else in there and was not told about this “policy” until after we had ordered and paid. We were told that it was due to vandalism upstairs but yet we were still not allowed to sit downstairs monitored by staff. This policy was not stated before we arrived or before we had already paid for our food. The staff discriminated our age group and assumed that we were all vandals just because we are young. In no way shape or form were we different to anyone else apart from our age. We asked why and accepted their decision out of respect and instead we would like make this information available to the public so that this does not happen again..If they want to avoid vandalism they should offer indoor downstairs seating to people under the age of 18 that is monitored by staff. This idea would still be discriminative and wrong but more acceptable than forcing us to take our food outside and sit on the benches which were not cleaned and in the cold with no covering from the rain such as an umbrella. They advertise as an indoor eating restaurant for the public, and this wasn’t the case for us.
I’m sure you can agree that this is wrong by the food chain giant and I am unaware if this applies anywhere else as I have never had this issue before. We were all utterly appalled by this decision and hope that this will show the restaurant that they were in the wrong so that nobody should face the horrible and awkward experience that we did.

Never had a problem, however tonight, the attitude of the staff towards people waiting for the orders sat going cold was horrible, wouldn't have complained if it was a busy night but it wasn't, the staff was just stood joking around with each other while food went cold, one of them even laughed at the people in front of us for asking for their food. When we finally got our order, one bite of the burger and I threw it up, the sauce tasted disgusting, the onions was mush and after asking for no pickles they was still on the burger, all of it was clumped at the back of the bun. Standard McDonald’s food is often hot if you collect which is always good for McDonald’s food. If you have ever had it you know the quality and food type so I won’t go into it much.
Mainly the most irritating part of this McDonald’s is you need to check your order I have been personally a few times and find they miss the odd item each time. You never end up going back for it and it’s just a waste of money. So have a good look in the bag before leaving.

First time and last time. It was horrendous. The queue was long but the actual problem is that nothing was ready and they tell you to park but no dedicated spaces for that. This means you're then waiting for them to find you and you get stuck in the parking space as it's next to the queue for the drive through. A delivery truck arrived and blocked half the road. Couldn't get out and after all that we got the wrong order. By the time we knew we were home. Just no organisation at all. They seem to have too much going on with the click and collect plus walk ins but drive through. They need more signage so it's clear where to go and stops the queue blocking everyone else in. We saw one guy nearly take another car out because he had been blocked in for so long. If the food had been right it may have helped but to go through all that and they can't even get your order right it's obviously too much for them. Plus soggy chips...no need
