Tables were dirty ,, really dirty with just one member of staff which explains a lot - had to pretty much explain my order over and over and it still wasn’t right ,, strong Cappuccino was like baby Milk and I asked for a replacement that was exactly the same - typical revenge for complaining was £12 in £1 pound coins that I refused to accept - at this point under threat of returning the order that a £10 note miraculously appeared in the toll.
The most disturbing aspect of the experience was that being disabled I needed the toilet facilities & was curtly told that there wasn’t any ,, I couldn’t see one so I don’t thing She was being awkward but I find that unacceptable and it caused me problems that I don’t care to mention.
The Member of staff was ignorant - dismissive and frankly hopeless ,, worst Subway I’ve ever been in.
There was no excuse for Her behaviour She was not busy with just myself and One other customer on the premises. There are other things I’d like to say but I’ll leave it there ,, an @mail to a customer service contact found online was not answered.
May have been an isolated incident ?? but think carefully before using this establishment.

I was impressed with how clean the store appeared to be. However, I did notice that there was quite a bit of condensation on the windows, which was a bit distracting. Overall, though, the food was good and the service was friendly, so I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick and easy sandwich option in the area.

Shocking service girl working was more interested in chatting with her mate who was waiting for her than doing her job . If a shop says open until 5:30 then serve till 5:30 if you want to tidy up at 5 lock the door at 5 stop the public going in don’t sulk when they order then giggle with your mate avoid this store at all costs

I came in before for a wrap. Meat warm. My meat is not warm the cheese is not melted and my wrap is falling apart before I've even picked it up...

Food is fresh and tastes great, service and staff are brilliant but 3 stars as the value isn't there any more. Let's face it, it's a sandwich not a meal. £26 for 4 meal deals is marginally less expensive than eating out in a pub/restaurant.

Always used to like this place but I went on Tuesday 25th May and the gentleman who was serving had a mask on lots too big was under his nose all the time . Will not be going again. ?

The worse Subway I have been so far, Floors and tables dirty when not even busy and the person I can only assume is the Supervisor was slamming around, kicking the Fridge and telling her staff to stop moving a broken door because her poor staff are "doing her head in" no concern that their is a customer watching and was very rude to me and her staff. Horrible Place

Very busy on the day I ate here, meaning no seats. The store seemed to be set up backwards compared to every Subway I have been to, and others in my party agreed with me. Usually the till is closer to the door and orders are taken on the farthest end of the counter, and payed for nearer the door allowing people to leave after getting their order, but here, the till was farthest away and orders were taken on the end closest to the door. This meant people were cramped at the far end attempting to all get drinks and gather their orders at the same time as waiting for the rest of their party in the small space by the till. Clearly this is an issue with the small sizing of the restaurant, and is only really a problem during high traffic times. It should also be of note that there were no customer toilets. This seems peculiar for a restaurant, but again, a sizing issue. This seems much more of a "grab and go" kind of Subway than somewhere you could sit and enjoy your meal. I felt the girl at the till kind of snapped at me when I asked her for my side and drink, her response was "I don't know what you've got yet", and she was asking her colleagues what my order was. It's a shame some Subway staff can't trust the customers to tell till staff their order, but I feel this is an issue across most branches, not just here. Perhaps this could be taken as constructive criticism for HQ rather than just among your store. I would still eat at subway, but I definitely feel this particular branch has a claustrophobic feel to it, which was the main reason for lowering my rating. All meals were delicious, and correct, as always.
